Christmas Tree Farm

On Friday morning after we slept off our turkey coma, Aunt Steph and Uncle Jesse came with us to the Christmas Tree farm to pick up our Christmas Trees. Brady was thrilled and could not wait to get ours home to start decorating and putting the lights on it.

There it is! Daddy Brad did a great job at finding a perfect tree.

Thanksgiving Day Feast

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday. We enjoyed a quiet day at home. Brady loved watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and seeing all his favorite characters in balloon form. Uncle Jesse and Aunt Steph came over to join in the festivities and we all pitched in to cook a delicious meal.

Brad carves the turkey he fried. We are thankful the bird came out unharmed after he set off a mini fire in the lawn :)

Uncle Jesse was a HUGE help with keeping Brady occupied as we scurried around the kitchen getting the meal ready. They made a choo choo track out of pillows on the floor.

...which ended up in a pillow fight

Fun in the Leaves

As Brady was feeling much better after having pneumonia this past week he was very excited to go outside and help us with the leaves. He had fun walking through the big pile of leaves with Daddy Brad and lended a helping hand with putting the leaves in the bags. He enjoyed running around the yard and riding his bike on the driveway as well. We were successful in tiring him out with a result of a 3 hour nap.

Happy Halloween

We hope you all had a healthy and safe Halloween. As Brady was with his Dad on Halloween we decided to have a dress rehearsal a few days early so Brady could show off his new Spiderman costume. He practiced his superpowers on us and loved running around the house pretending to be a superhero. He was hesitant to take off his new prized possession, but was finally willing after we convinced him he would be able to show it off again.

He even put the mask on!

Brady decides to show off his superpowers and tackles Daddy Brad.

Oh No! Look out Mommy I am going to get you!
